1.Connect to WhatsApp Web.
2.Login with your MS Dynamics user.
3.Select any desired contact.
4.Click on the Action button on the Panel (𓃑)
5.Click on Create Activity/Task/Case.
6.On the top of the Agent Panel, select “Task”.
7.Fill in required values.
8.Click on 'Create'.
