How to create a case

  1. Connect to WhatsApp Web.

  2. Log in with your MS Dynamics user.

  3. Select any desired contact.

  4. Click on the Action button on the Panel (𓃑)

  5. Click on Create Activity/Task/Case

  6. On the top of the Agent Panel, select “Case”.

  7. Fill in the required values.

  8. Click on Create
