You can copy relevant messages from WhatsApp to MS Dynamics as Activity, Task, or Case.
Click the Action button
2. Click on "Create Activity/Task/Case"
3. Select which action you want to create (activity, task or case) and you can select the relevant messages you want to copy into MS Dynamics. Selecting the messages will automatically fill in "Messages/Text (Description)". Then click "Create".
