You can search for any contact from the CRM and outside CRM inside your WhatsApp.
Click the search icon and search the contact by name, number, or company.
After you find the contact, you can click “Chat Now” and start a conversation
immediately on WhatsApp. Or you can click, “View in Salesforce” and open that
contact directly on Salesforce.
