This Add-On enables customers to automatically sync every file exchanged between the company’s representatives and customers over WhatsApp.
The files are stored in Salesforce as ContentDocument records and automatically associated with the person (lead/contact/person account) and the Tuvis Thread Message.
Every synced file will show up in the (native) Content Document sections in Salesforce, in the related records list and in the Tuvis Auto Sync components.
Limits
File Types: All, except stickers
File Size Limit: Up to 5MB per file
Sync time: depends on the file size, amount of files, and SF API performance. It might take a few seconds for the files to appear in the component.
The customer must be aware of the storage limitations of their Salesforce instance and know that any storage management is their responsibility.
