Tuvis

Follow the steps below to uninstall the Tuvis managed package from your Salesforce instance:

Go to Setup &gt; make sure Tuvis app is not chosen on the (<a href="https://help.tuvis.com/en/articles/5738966-tuvis-lightning-components-setup-guide">Lightning component toolbar</a>).

Verify that your users don't have the Tuvis permissions inside their profile. (<a href="https://help.tuvis.com/en/articles/5773501-how-to-assign-tuvis-permission-sets">Assign Tuvis Permission Sets</a>).

From Setup, enter Installed Packages in the Quick Find box, then select Tuvis (Formerly Whatslly).

Click Uninstall next to the package.

Determine whether to save and export a copy of the package’s data and then select the corresponding radio button.

Select Yes, I want to uninstall and click Uninstall.

5. Determine whether to save and export a copy of the package’s data and then select the corresponding radio button.
 
6. Select Yes, I want to uninstall and click Uninstall.
