To connect to Zoom, follow the steps below:

Make sure that the <a href="https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tuvis-connecting-whatsapp/bkbipadjogdmmnajfplbllmglobaiapc" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Tuvis chrome extension</a> is installed and enabled in your browser

Log in with your Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365 account

Click the App Directory button and click Zoom

Tick the ‘Allow this app to use my shared access permissions’ option and click Allow

Close the Zoom authentication screen and go back to WhatsApp. To confirm that Zoom was installed successfully, click the Action button (𓃑), scroll to the end and you will see 'Start video call'.

4. Then, click on 'Add app'
 
 
5. Tick the ‘Allow this app to use my shared access permissions’ option and click Allow
6. Close the Zoom authentication screen and go back to WhatsApp. To confirm that Zoom was installed successfully, click the Action button (𓃑), scroll to the end and you will see 'Start video call'.
