End user reports
When hovering phone numbers in Salesforce - nothing happens.
Go to WhatsApp web, or Tuvis Desktop app.
On the upper right side of Tuvis panel, click on option menu.
Click on Manage Country Codes.
Add the country codes you want, and save the change.
Go to Salesforce, refresh the page, and try again.
If still not solved:
Check if the Chat Now button appears when hovering mobile numbers.
If not - please copy the mobile number from Salesforce, go back to the Manage country codes option, click on Test Tool. And paste the phone number exactly as it is in Salesforce. Click on Test Now.
Now you need to email us at [email protected], sending the phone number you tested, and we will investigate it.
