If you're receiving the "Problem Logging In: Remove_Error: OAUTH_APP_BLOCKED" when accessing Checkout in Salesforce Classic, or attempting to Manage Subscription in Lightning Experience, your system administrator has chosen to block the "Checkout" Connected App for your organization.

Enable the "Checkout" Connected App

Ask your System Administrator to follow these steps:

Classic

  1. Click Setup | Manage Apps | Connected Apps OAuth Usage

  2. Click Unblock next to 'Checkout'

  3. Click OK in the dialog box.

Lightning

  1. Click Setup | App | Connected Apps | Connected Apps OAuth Usage

  2. Click Unblock next to 'Checkout'.

  3. Click OK in the dialog box.
