Tuvis does not automatically sync anything from your WhatsApp (WAP) into Salesforce without you proactively do something first.

  1. If the WAP contact doesn't match any record in Salesforce - you won't even have the option to sync anything unless you proactively create a new lead/contact.

  2. Whenever a WAP contact is matching a record, and you want to create an activity, task, or case - you need to proactively click the 'Copy To Salesforce' and then choose the messages you want to include.

  3. For specific WAP contacts that you want to automatically sync every message you exchange with them - you need to proactively turn on the Auto Sync option for them.

In any case - we take the privacy of our users very seriously, and we never force sync anything.
