The chats are stored in a custom object called “Tuvis Thread Message”. Every message exchange between the user and the customer is a record in this custom object.

On average, each record weighs 2kb and has a maximum of ~1,342 characters.

Customers can build a custom operation to archive/prune records after a certain amount of time to avoid reaching the storage limits.
