It depends, if the message was already captured by Tuvis, it will be synced and shown in Salesforce.
Usually - in most cases we are capturing messages before they're being deleted.
If someone deletes a WhatsApp conversation with an agent, does it influence, if at all, the data that flows into Salesforce?
