Salesforce - How does the auto-sync work?

  • It syncs messages up to 3 months back (and ongoing).

  • The messages are stored in SF in a custom object called "Tuvis Thread Message".

  • You can view the messages with a lightning component you add to the Lead/Contact/Account and Opportunity layouts.

  • We provide you with a dashboard that shows you all the data collected - you can clone and customize this dashboard in any way you want.
