In Salesforce, you can see the synced messages in a few places:
Under the Lead, Contact, Account, and Opportunity objects, simply add the Tuvis visualization component to the layout to show all messages exchanged with the current record. Follow these steps.
Click the Salesforce App Launcher (see below) and navigate to the Tuvis Engage App, to view our Management Overview dashboard. The dashboard includes KPI’s on the overall engagement over WhatsApp, for example, Total number of people engaged, Total messages sent/received, engagement by time, engagement by agent etc.
