On the Tuvis' panel click on the message template icon (1) and then click on 'Manage templates' (2)

You will be directed to a page to create your own message template. On the 'name' field you need name your template that you are creating, On 'Message' you can customize the message the way you want. And by clicking on 'Add images' you can add any image you have saved in your computer. Then click 'Save'.

After you click 'Save' your template will show on your WhatsApp. Click on the message template icon and you will find the template you created there. In case you don't, refresh your page.

Click on the template, and it will be copied automatically on the chat. Then send to your contact.
