In some Salesforce instances, administrators make a configuration that restricts access to any AppExchange packages based on specific IP addresses (read more).

If after installing Tuvis, users are getting an error: “Salesforce Error: Restricted IP”, the reason for that might be that these IP restrictions were configured for the Tuvis package.

Follow the steps below to solve it:

  1. Log in to Salesforce as a System Administrator

  2. Navigate to Setup > Apps > Connected Apps > Manage Connected Apps

  3. Find the “Tuvis” app, and click Edit

  4. On the right, find the IP Relaxation dropdown and change it to “Relax IP Restrictions”

  5. Click Save.

Your users should now be able to access Tuvis.
