Note: This option enables Salesforce administrators to set up the default country codes for their users. If a user modifies these default settings, his preferences will override the default ones.

Steps to Execute:

  1. Login as a Salesforce administrator.

  2. Click on the App Launcher icon.

  3. Select “Tuvis Engage”.

  4. Navigate to the Settings tab.

  5. Select Country Codes tab.

  6. Select the relevant countries in the list on the left (Available Country Codes) and move them to the list on the right (Selected Country Codes).

  7. Click Save.
