Log in with your Salesforce user
Click on your user icon in the top right corner on the Tuvis' panel
Click on 'Edit Layouts'
Click on Select Layout
Under DISPLAY LAYOUTS section, select 'Lead'
Click on 'Add New Field' and select all desired fields to add to layout
Click on the trash symbol to delete all those fields not needed in the layout.
Click on 'Save All'
Click on Refresh my User on your user icon in the top right corner
