Log in as a Salesforce user.
Connect to WhatsApp Web.
Select any desired contact.
Click on the Action button on the Panel (𓃑)
Click on Create Activity/Task/Case
On the top of the Agent Panel, select “Case”.
Fill in the required values.
Attach any desired files.
Click on Create
