In the Tuvis Panel, click on the Action button on the Panel (𓃑)
Click on Create Activity/Task/Case
On the top of the Agent Panel, select “Task”
Fill in the required fields
Select the “WhatsApp Task” checkbox at the end of the form
Click on 'Create'
