1.Login as a Salesforce user.
2.Connect to WhatsApp Web.
3.Select any desired contact.
4.Click on the Action button on the Panel (𓃑)
5.Click on Create Activity/Task/Case.
6.On the top of the Agent Panel, select “Activity”.
7.Fill in required values.
8.Attach any desired files.
9.Click on Create Activity.
