How to send an email

Sending emails from the agent panel

Note: This function will only appear for those contacts with an email address linked to.

  1. Login as a Salesforce user.

  2. Connect to WhatsApp Web.

  3. Select any desired contact.

  4. Click on the Action button on the Panel (𓃑)

  5. Click on "Send Email".

  6. Fill in required values.

  7. Optionally, you can include a copy of the chat by following these additional steps:

  1. Enable the checkbox “Include Chat Transcript (optional)”.

  2. In the conversation, select all the desired messages to send.

  3. Click on the "Preview" option to see the email before being sent.

8. Click on Send Email.
